Fees
My fee is $225 per 45-minute session. I do have several sliding scale slots, although sliding scale availability cannot be guaranteed.
Insurance
I am currently contracted on the following Provider Panels:
- Anthem Blue Cross
- Medicare
- TriCare
- TriWest
- VA Community Care
If you have a PPO insurance plan, I would be considered an out-of-network provider. PPO plans typically reimburse around 70-80% for out-of-network providers. If you are interested in using your PPO insurance, I suggest you call them and ask about their policy on out-of-network behavioral health care. You will want to know (1) the amount of your deductible and (2) what percentage of behavioral health services they will reimburse you.
I will be happy to provide you with a monthly statement that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
