Dr. Irwin Ford Rosenfarb, PhD

I offer psychotherapy in San Diego for adults, couples, families, and teens dealing with relationship difficulties, depression and anxietybipolar disorder, personality issues, schizophrenia, and other mental health problems. I also help family members understand their loved one’s difficulties and help couples and families communicate more effectively.

I use well-researched treatment methods (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Family Focused Therapy) in an ethical and compassionate framework.

I believe that change occurs within the context of a positive therapeutic alliance and my focus is on helping individuals, couples, and families make significant change in their lives.
